1. A referral is considered completed and the referer will be eligible to receive the reward only after a qualified demo has been completed with the Brushfire team.
2. A qualified demo is considered a meeting with a company or individual with active event history requiring registration. 
3. A referral payout (to the referring person) of $100 will be via a Visa prepaid gift card.
4. Referrals will typically be paid out within 7 days of the completed demo, though this is subject to change. 
5. A completed demo with a current customer will not qualify the referrer for the reward.
6. There is no limit to the number of referrals. However, please note that any unqualified referral will result in the disqualification of the referral.
7. Self-referrals will not be accepted.
8. Referrals are subject to verification and will be declared invalid at Brushfire’s sole discretion if the referral contact is illegible, unintelligible, falsified, altered or tampered with, or unlawful in any way. Referrals submitted by unauthorized means will be disqualified.
9. Brushfire may discontinue its referral program at any time and will not be liable for any loss of income.
10. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the Brushfire Referral Program at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. Spam, unsolicited commercial email, or any form of illegal means of communication is illegal, and prohibited, and will be grounds for termination of your participation in this program. Fraudulent or unethical means of communication such as using bots, fictitious identities, fake emails, or scripts are also prohibited and will result in similar actions by us with respect to terminating your participation in the program.
